A little background for anyone reading this:
After several years of being dormant, I decided to restart my passion for art in a part-time freelance capacity in November 2023. Since then, I’ve worked hard to expand my portfolio and sought various opportunities to network and get my art in front of as many people as possible. This includes social media shout-outs, magazine features, and gallery/exhibition showcases. I’ve tried to find opportunities at no cost, but as I’m sure many are aware, many of these require a submission/entry fee. I’ve also mentioned in prior blog posts the importance of continuous education – I’ve been lucky to find some free courses, but many require a registration fee. Also, eventually, supplies require replenishing.
The arts community has taken a significant hit recently with budget cuts and funding pullbacks. If you would like to donate, support the local independent arts scene, and help an artist continue their artistic pursuits, please donate by clicking the picture located on the bottom of the home page or the Prints page. You can also donate through this link. Anything is appreciated, even if it’s $1.00. As I’ve mentioned above, all donations will be used towards fees and supplies to keep my venture going. My art is also available as prints for purchase (see the Prints page). If you can’t help financially, you can also support by a like/follow on social media. Thank you so much for your support!!
